Is there a committee or process for updating / amending the rules for a certain class ... e.g. Spec Neon?

Process is to submit your request to the Competition Board.

Just an FYI... Another part of the process is that Rules requests are typically required to be made by the end of the year for the following season. That would mean 12/31/2014 for rules requests for the 2015 season. I believe the Rules have to have been finalized for Board approval before now...
