It's been a while since my last posting, a lot has happened. Race weekend #2, not as wet as Race weekend #1, it's getting better in the Swamp! A call out to Tony Mac! Tony came up with the idea of using the black plastic pieces we used to use at the edge of the track. To put them down to drive on when the swamp paddock spaces are muddy and wet. This helps minimize ruts and helps displace the weight of your trailer. On to other things, the track. The track needed some work and Ajax has stepped up. They will be coming in and adding their patch material to areas on an as needed bases. Because of track issues Race weekend #3 was shortened to Sunday only. The track held up well. There has been some upgrades in the paddock that most everyone has noticed. New epoxy flooring in the break room and in the changing room. This work was done by our new friends at "Perfect Epoxy Floors" Anton and his wife laid down there 3 coat system in "electric blue". You can contact them at (248) 505-7733 for a quote. Give them a call! Also, we had work done in the bathrooms by our friends at A and M Plumbing, Mike the owner, an OCSC member sent a crew out and they fixed all the toilets. Things flush pretty good now! Thanks Mike! He can be reach at (248) 240-0384. They have the best deals on water softener's. Call them! With Vintage coming up, we're planning a "work bee" for Monday, July 15th, 2019. This is for painting curb's and rumble strip's. We be starting around 10:00 AM. This is a great time to get those valuable work bee hours! If Ron brings the donuts in the morning, Ill buy lunch in the afternoon! How about it Ron? That's it for now! hope to see you Monday!
