another phpbb upgrade

it's long overdue. I'll be upgrading the phpbb software this week. this should fix, among other things, the issue where you get a warning message about posts not working when they actually did.

anyway, the basics are theoretically easy and shouldn't take long. but any style preferences may get lost during the upgrade. I still need a dark theme myself, so that will follow in some form as soon as the main software upgrade is complete.

if you were previously using the dark theme, you'll need to choose it again on "board preferences" tab of the user control panel.
