Does WHRRI require the physical form to be less than 3 months old like SCCA?
I think I have one that is less than two years old (my required interval).
The problem is that I am on vacation for a week, then my doctor is out for two then I am out for a work trip. That leaves 1 week just before the race weekend to get a physical and the doctor is booked.

I assume you're applying fresh, or perhaps better put for reinstatement, rather than renewing an active license?

I know that's a difference for SCCA...
