For the August race weekend, we'll be replacing the usual BBQ fare with pig...mounds of hot, juicy pig as prepared by our fellow club member Gordon Garten, the pig roast expert. We'll have loads of sides and dogs and brats for those not partial to pig.
I will be out of town on holiday but the usual suspects have volunteered to run things in my absence. Please give them your thanks and offer to lend a hand if you can.
I'm sorry to miss it - Gordon's pig roasts are the best!
