Starting Tuesday, May 18, WHRRI is going to be one of the main sponsers of a car show that will run every Tuesday evening until mid September from 5 PM until 8 PM. It's one part of a marketing plan championed by Alex Della Torre designed to get our name out to car lovers in the area. I will take the first show, I'm painting fiberglass I had to fix so the car is spic and span. I would love to see as many of us as possible take turns putting their race car out where the public can see it and being ambassadors for WHRRI. You'll need to clean the car up a bit, trailer it up to the Davison Farmer's Market on Court St by Irish road in Davison and then boast about how skilled and fast you are to an unknowing public- they'll believe you!
Let me know here if you can donate an evening, I'll make a list. I know it's a hassle, but I'm also thinking it will be fun!
