Re: Paddock spot Update !!!

Hello kids,, All the reserved spots in the paddock are now marked with a red "R" on the pavement. There was one small "R'' stencil to use,, so no critical comments on my marking work please. ( they are ugly, but you can see them driving on the paddock roads ) So all the open spots have no new markin...

Re: Paddock spot Update !!!

To note : We oversold, which is a good thing. Less panic for all getting in, and money for the club of course. At least one person is getting a partial refund. DO YOUR PART!!!!!! If you are not attending a weekend, per reserved space rules , ( which i do not find on the website right now ) state you...

Paddock spot Update !!!

Hello to all, Thank YOU for being patient. A longer delay was made by trying to make sure everything was double checked ( good thing, we had some missing folks ) The good news, all who applied have a spot. Some very minor changes. We did the best use of space we could. It could be better but we ran ...

Re: 2014 Reserved Numbers

Due to an unintended quirk on the form this year, the paddock space request and reserved number request are on the same piece of paper. I normally wait until i have a large volume of paddock requests, before i undertake the task doing the spots. To create less log jam in the process, i will separate...

Re: X cars

Do they have a log book ?

Providing they meet all safety and track rules, a request for placement in a run group to the comp board is your next step.
All the cars, not a one person request as a canvass request.

Contact Mr Ives or Mr McDonald as your next step.

Cheers,

Re: Run Groups

Ted, You hit it on the head. Only speaking for last season, ITC was moved to try and balance car count. The current crop of IT-C drivers seems to play very well with others. They should not view that as being punished for playing nice. As for Run groups, and Run group order,,Impossible to please eve...

Mark, That would be me.
The form is now part of the credentials application.
Once Jim Bambard has a completed form with funds,
he forwards the information to me.

Cheers,
Joel

Re: Introducing: BloodSweat&GearsRacing

Honest ? nothing.
Mike has gotten plenty of accolade and attention in his racing career.
I was giving props to Warren, as he was a quiet sort, and raced a Golf much like Suzy's new ride.

Smooth has rewards : helps keep repair bills down, and the laps times too.

Re: Introducing: BloodSweat&GearsRacing

Suzy, and all,, The best Value for seat time, and getting acclimated to a new car, is DRIVERS SCHOOL. Returning students get a substantial discount. It's not going backwards returning to school, it's continuing education. If anybody has to choose between skipping a race weekend over the season and s...

Re: Introducing: BloodSweat&GearsRacing

" hunk" of a car,,, :) Does this give IT-B a whole new acronym? (i say it with love folks,, it's just a joke,, :) ) Fast car, big shoes to fill. I am sure you will do fine. So now, with Michel O defending, Get Hal Collins back out, and your new mount,, Could be 3 Golfs running up front. Warren Marti...

Greg, Roger Outland did 2 races for the club on Saturday. Add Great Lakes Challange and it's back to a full weekend .

No worries, throat stopped hurting today, voice a bit better.

Ryan, To be sure you are a welcome addition. You should "fix" that membership thing,,( ha-ha ) Your post is timely, as yes, we should thank ALL volunteers around the event, and behind the event. The B.O.D. , Comp board, and race weekend infrastructure. The only reward most of them get is the satisfa...

All ,thanks for the kind words. " For the love of the game " . it's also for love of the club ,and what i think it should stand for. Every single one of you can help take it to next level and leave our efforts in the dust. It's up to you. IF i can do it, you can do it. Kyle, quite an amazing list of...
