Re: HPDE Insurance

It is not a requirement, but it's not a bad idea.......especially if you're tracking a fairly expensive vehicle.

OTD 1 is now scheduled for June 14th, so let's hope all things are pretty much back to normal by then!

Re: OTD with approved Lemons car

Hi Jason, Instructors are not required for first-timers, but they are of great benefit. We've had many LeMons/Chump cars participate in our OTD's, but make sure yours has rear view mirrors and a relatively quiet exhaust system installed that includes a commercially-available muffler. One driver in W...

Re: New to OTDs with questions

Thanks Andy, your memory was pretty darned good! 2 drivers can share 1 car, but it's pretty hard on the car (especially the brakes). You would both need to register, and IF you're both relative novices, we would likely put one in White group and the other in Yellow. No pit lane driver swaps ;^D We d...

Re: Paddock Shoppe inventory

One thing that has come up several times over the years at OTD's is that sometimes people forget they need LONG pants.

So, if we had some inexpensive sweat/scrub bottoms available it would save a few frantic trips to K-Mart or wherever for some newbies 8)

Yes, once again the Awards Banquet was a great deal of fun.
We were up well past our bedtime, but it was worth it
Thanks to everyone who made last night happen, and for a successful 2019 season.
We're already looking forward to doing it all again (but even better) in 2020!

Light Fixtures

I have five halogen light fixtures available from a remodel, all are swiveling 3-head units in off-white. They have 50-watt bulbs installed, and I have a few brand new spare bulbs as well. $50 for all 5 takes them, including the spare bulbs.....pick up in rural Northville. Email is best, thanks.
